I’ve been wanting my front beds to be transformed into something with more purpose.

My goals were:
-more natives
-something always flowering
-pollinator friendly
-low maintenance
-perennials

I did extensive research on my own and was completely overwhelmed. Additionally I struggled with the design aspect of it all and the labor!

Landscaping can get so very expensive. Megan was very easy to work with when it came to everything I wanted AND my budget. She fulfilled all I wanted and did a wonderful design.

We are so happy to be able to have such a beautiful front bed and can’t wait for it to grow!

Working with the local landscapers and their limited knowledge was becoming a bad habit and a training in errors of gardening. It had actually been years and issues kept persisting in our yard.

Coming across Megan's affordable and surprisingly thoughtful, intelligent approach was a great correction to all of that. We are complete novices, so I can't speak from an experienced gardening perspective.

Megan communicated well and was able to tell us what *wasn't* wrong with our soil, sprinklers, saving us from laborious and expensive repairs. Our sprinklers were quickly up and running and the main line turned out to be enough irrigation such that other repairs weren't needed.

I mention cost because it was a huge factor in our plans for yardscaping, and a good looking result felt like it might cost an arm and a leg only to look like a copy paste of what's next door.

We kept finding the same suggestion for ground cover when trying to self-educate or visit garden shops. However Megan was able to suggest an alternative of Texas Sedge which was an idea we handn't come across, and would restore the feeling of grass that was dying under our oak tree in our tiny yard.

We received a thorough beginners working plan which was drawn up to a professional level - I recommend to peruse on Instagram to see the bespoke approach Megan cultivares at Rharian.

It was also like working with a friend who really should be lecturing at a college someplace! If you want a unique looking green space I recommend getting Megan's ideas early on and even hiring to get the actual work done, for those who are in the market for a simple but distinct style.
